目的观察中西医结合方法治疗人流后闭经的临床效果。方法选择我院2005年6月至2010年6月收治的人流术后闭经患者80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,2组患者均予以大剂量雌、孕激素序贯治疗。如有宫腔粘连给予手术分离,如合并感染常规抗感染治疗。治疗组在此基础上加服自拟加味归肾丸。结果 6个月经周期后治疗组总有效率高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗人宫流产术后闭经,疗效确切,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating postmenopausal women. Methods Eighty patients with amenorrhea who were admitted to our hospital from June 2005 to June 2010 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Both groups were treated with high dose estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy. If the intrauterine adhesions given surgical separation, such as infection with conventional anti-infective therapy. On the basis of this, the treatment group added self-made flavored Guishen pill. Results After 6 menstrual cycles, the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Chinese and Western medicine treatment of human amenorrhea after amenorrhea, curative effect is exact, it is worth promoting.
