随着我国社会主义市场经济发展,行政垄断问题逐渐进入了公众的视野。它的出现严重阻碍着经济发展,不仅使市场丧失本应具备的竞争力,还损害着消费者的正当利益。在我国,作为公用事业之一的电信业存在着严重的垄断问题,并日益影响着人们生活。本文基于对电信业现状的分析,提出了体制改革、设立专门的电信监管机构、完善反垄断法等方法,以期对电信垄断的法律规制有所裨益。 With the development of China’s socialist market economy, the issue of administrative monopoly has gradually entered the public’s field of vision. Its appearance seriously hindered economic development, not only losing its competitiveness to the market but also damaging the legitimate interests of consumers. In our country, the telecommunications industry, as one of utilities, has serious monopoly problems and increasingly affects people’s lives. Based on the analysis of the status quo of the telecom industry, this article puts forward the system reform, the establishment of a special telecommunications regulatory agencies, improve antitrust law and other methods, with a view to the telecommunications monopoly legal regulation of some benefit.
