在阿诺德技术发展中心(AEDC)的发动机试验设备(ETF)上进行了过冷液态水滴在大气结冰条件下的模拟飞行试验。在飞行过程中因结冰环境在飞机和推进系统表面形成的冰,即使数量很少也是极危险的,冰的影响取决于各种因素,故仍是无法预料的。叙述了涡轮发动机结冰试验用喷雾系统的要求,设计者所面临的一些高空设备用喷射系统的关键问题被认定,并进行了讨论,新的喷射系统的验证试验已详细列出。此喷射系统能在模拟结冰环境下对最新一代大推力的涡扇发动机进行试验。
Simulated flight tests of supercooled liquid water droplets under atmospheric icing conditions were carried out on the engine test equipment (ETF) of the Arnold Technology Development Center (AEDC). Even the small quantities of ice, which are formed on the surface of aircraft and propulsion systems due to icing conditions during flight, are extremely dangerous and the effects of ice, depending on various factors, are still unpredictable. Described the requirements of the turbine engine icing test spray system, the designer faced some of the key issues of high-altitude equipment injection system was identified and discussed, the new injection system validation tests have been listed in detail. This injection system is capable of testing the latest generation of high-thrust turbofan engines under simulated icing conditions.
