目的了解淮河流域江苏段某地水中有机氯农药的污染现状。方法于2015年8月采集该地3个水厂的水源水、出厂水,同时采集当地主要3条河流的河水及其附近深井水,利用气相色谱高分辨磁质谱测定水中25种有机氯农药。结果所有样品中均检出有机氯农药,含量在0.04~8.68 ng/L之间。主要以DDT及其降解产物、甲氧氯、六六六和氯丹为主。自来水厂对有机氯农药有一定的去除效果,但不能完全去除高浓度有机氯农药。深井水水质受周围环境影响较大。结论该地区水源水、出厂水、河水和深井水均存在有机氯农药污染,地下水有机氯农药含量受周围环境影响。
Objective To understand the status of organochlorine pesticide contamination in water in a section of the Huaihe River basin in Jiangsu Province. Methods In August 2015, water and water were collected from three water plants in the area. River water from the three major rivers in the area and deep well water near the river were collected at the same time. Twenty-five organochlorine pesticides in water were determined by gas chromatography-high resolution magnetic mass spectrometry. Water plant on the organochlorine pesticides have a certain removal effect, but can not completely remove the high concentrations of organochlorine pesticides. Conclusions There are organic chlorine pesticide contamination in water source, factory water, river water and deep well water in this area, and the content of organochlorine pesticides in groundwater is affected by the surrounding environment.
