生活习惯是决定寿命的重要因素。美国某期刊近日载文,介绍了7位百岁老人保持长寿的秘诀。露丝·施密特·克莱默(103岁):露丝担任过体育老师,她一直坚持运动,有时还喜欢打打牌练练脑。她每天都坚持外出呼吸新鲜空气,让自己精神焕发。她喜欢与人交往,通过邮件与家人和朋友保持密切联系。在饮食方面,她从不挑食,什么都喜欢吃一点,偶尔还喝点葡萄酒,最爱吃花生酱。
Life habits are an important factor in determining life expectancy. A U.S. journal recently published an article introducing the secrets of seven centenarians in maintaining longevity. Ruth Schmidt Kramer (103 years old): Ruth served as a sports teacher, she has always insisted on exercise, and sometimes like to play cards and practice the brain. Every day, she insists on breathing out fresh air and refreshing her spirit. She likes to interact with people and keep in touch with family and friends via email. In the diet, she never picky eaters, like everything to eat a little, occasionally drink some wine, favorite peanut butter.
