我厂自制的24毫米卧式电热镦机,由于变压器(容量75仟伏安)调压档级差大,在镦气门时,总是调不到一个最合适的电压,致使气门加热温度不是偏高就是偏低,而气门材料(4Cr10Si2M_0V)要求的锻造温度范围又较窄,过高过低都直接影响产品质量。随着气门新材料的采用,对温度的要求也将越来越高,因此,这是一个急待解决的问题。我厂试验用可控硅调压(在变压器调压档粗调的基础上用可控硅作微调),其原理图如下。
