受试对象为30例因子宫平滑肌瘤而行子宫切除和单侧卵巢切除术患者,及8例月经规则的自愿者。30例患者分成三组,Ⅰ组患者在子宫切除和卵巢切除术前4、12、36h在阴道后穹窿分别置入丹那唑栓剂100mg。Ⅱ组患者术前30天每天自己放置丹那唑栓剂100mg于阴道后穹窿至手术。Ⅲ组患者每日口服丹那唑200mg,一日两次;共30天直至手术。Ⅱ Subjects were 30 cases of uterine leiomyoma and hysterectomy and unilateral ovariectomy patients, and 8 cases of menstrual rules of volunteers. Thirty patients were divided into three groups.
