教学气场是教师在教学过程中由内而外散发出来的一股强大吸引力、向心力、凝聚力和感召力,是教师教学水平和教学艺术炉火纯青的写照。其基本内涵包括:力透纸背的口头表达能力和直达心灵的情绪感染能力;精深的学术造诣和绝佳的知识内化能力;成竹在胸的课前准备和天衣无缝的权变能力;匠心独运的情境设计和驾轻就熟的课堂调控能力。中小学教师要改变专业发展被动局面,就应把握教师专业成长的内在规律,在教学气场的培育和打造方面有所作为:加强口头表达技能训练和职业情感投入,力求“以人格魅力感召人”;丰富个人文化底蕴和教师专业素养,力求“以学术水平引领人”;摆正教学预设与课堂生成二者关系,力求“以教学经典震撼人”;注重教学情境营造和氛围烘托,力求“以高端设计感染人”。
