为检验欧盟职业教育“同行评议”质量评估模式在我国的可行性,课题组在上海选取4所高职院校进行了研究。研究结果发现:我国高职院校具有开展同行评议的主观需求;评议“同行”能够发现并帮助解决潜隐的教育教学质量问题;“同行结构”与校内质量保障体系是影响评议效果的关键因素;为满足评议学校多样化的评议需求需要完善评议过程设计。通过开展校内自我评议、扩大评议小组规模、细化合作协议内容等途径逐步实现其在我国的本土化。
To test the feasibility of the EU vocational education “peer review ” quality evaluation model in our country, the research group selected 4 higher vocational colleges in Shanghai for research.
