寰枢关节半脱位是临床常见病多发病,通常发生在轻微或严重外伤后、儿童上呼吸道感染,甚至可以自发,病因目前尚不完全清楚[1]。发病后头向一侧倾斜并向对侧旋转,同时颈部轻度屈曲,活动头部时会引起颈部疼痛加剧,故患儿颈部往往处于痉挛状态。目前该病的治疗多采用枕颌带牵引制动,配合局部理疗和内服外用药物等,方法多样,有效率各不相同。我科为国家中医药管理局重点专科(儿童骨科),每年收治的寰枢关节半脱位患儿达百余例,采用袜套 Atlantoaxial subluxation is a common clinical disease, often occurs in minor or severe trauma, upper respiratory tract infection in children, and even spontaneous, the cause is not yet fully understood [1]. At present, the treatment of the disease and more use of pillow brake with traction, with local physiotherapy and oral administration of topical drugs, methods, efficiency varies. Our department is the key specialist of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (pediatric orthopedics), and receives over 100 cases of atlantoaxial subluxation in children each year.
