本文根据374份有效农民工问卷,采用多元回归分析、相关分析、交叉列联分析和描述性统计等方法,探讨员工关系在个人—组织匹配与农民工工作绩效之间的中介效应。研究结果显示,个人—组织匹配中的收入匹配、价值匹配、能力匹配和压力匹配四个维度中,收入匹配和能力匹配对农民工工作绩效有正向影响,收入匹配、压力匹配、价值匹配对员工关系有正向影响,员工关系对农民工工作绩效有正向影响,员工关系在个人—组织匹配与农民工工作绩效之间有部分中介效应。
Based on 374 valid migrant workers questionnaires, this paper uses multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis, cross-association analysis and descriptive statistics to explore the mediating effect of employee relationship between individual-organization match and migrant workers performance. The results show that among the four dimensions of income matching, value matching, ability matching and pressure matching in personal-tissue matching, income matching and capacity matching have a positive impact on the performance of migrant workers, income matching, pressure matching, value matching Employee relations have a positive impact, employee relations have a positive impact on the performance of migrant workers, and employee relations have some intermediary effects between the personal-organizational match and the performance of migrant workers.
