本文报道了浙江省黄筋泥田、青紫泥田,泥砂田、泥质田和小粉土等几种主要水稻土的酶活性与土壤肥力因子的关系。认为大部分酶活性均随土壤剖面深度的增加而下降,而且无论从与产量还是与土壤肥力的关系来看,转化酶、磷酸酶和蛋白酶的酶活性高是土壤肥力较好的表征。特别是土壤磷酸酶,是本研究中唯一与土壤速效钾有高度显著相关的酶,在水稻土的酶活性研究中应引起重视。
This paper reports the relationship between enzyme activities and soil fertility factors of several main paddy soils, such as Yellow-ribbed soil, Qing purple clay soil, muddy soil, muddy soil and small silt in Zhejiang Province. It is considered that most of the enzyme activities decrease with the increase of soil profile depth. In addition, the high enzyme activity of invertase, phosphatase and protease is the better indicator of soil fertility in terms of yield or soil fertility. In particular, soil phosphatase is the only enzyme highly correlated with available potassium in this study. It should be paid more attention in the study of enzyme activity in paddy soil.
