农业生产走进入了一个新的里程,中国作为一个农业生产大国,其农业发展有理由成为市场竞争的重要组成,而农场职工的思想教育也就成为了新时期农场注重的新方面。只有农场职工的政治思想与时俱进,才能给农场带来新的希望,给农场生产带来新的动力,事实上为了让中国的农场走可持续发展的道路,农场职工思想政治工作已经亟需受到重视,让思想带动行动,保证农场快速、稳定、可持续的发展,增加市场竞争力。
