我公司土建处制成一种配合塔吊施工的砖吊斗(图1)。砖斗由钢板和角钢焊接而成,自重约100公斤,底部活门8(图2)由端部机构(图3)控制。其工作方式如下: 1.装砖:滑块4(图4)移向定位卡6的上限,在定位套2与滑块套之间插入插销3,使底部活门8关闭(与侧壁成90°)。此时,可在砖斗内装砖三层(一般脚手板允许堆砖高度),由于砖长度方向与活门垂直,活门便可将砖托住。此砖斗每次装砖约110块。 2.卸砖:用起重机拴住砖斗φ20毫米吊
