按照航天器用微波铁氧体隔离器剪切力要求，对射频微带隔离器的永磁体与铁氧体基片间胶粘结的粘结强度进行了剪切力试验。试验结果表明其剪切力满足要求。本文对提高产品各元件间胶粘结的粘结强度提供了设计和工艺控制的方法。
According to the requirement of shear force of spacecraft microwave ferrite isolator, the shear strength test was conducted on the bond strength between the permanent magnet and the ferrite substrate of the RF microstrip isolator. The test results show that the shear force meets the requirements. This article provides a design and process control method to improve the bond strength between the various components of the product.
