一、前言目前,铁路部门普遍使用钢板组成的各种结构件,而其焊接区经常产生疲劳裂纹。促成这些裂纹发生的因素有(1)焊接区与钢板表面边界(止端部)上的形状不良造成的应力集中;(2)焊接区的接合(溶透)缺陷。
I. Preface At present, various structural parts made of steel plates are commonly used in the railway sector, and fatigue cracks often occur in the welding zone. Factors that contribute to these cracks are (1) stress concentration caused by poor shape on the weld (weld) and steel plate surface boundaries (ends); and (2) weld (penetration) defects in weld areas.
