不同浓度的合欢叶提取物对油菜菌核病菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)菌丝生长及菌核形成的抑制试验表明,该提取物具有抑制菌丝生长及菌核形成的作用,且随着浓度的提高活性增强,当浓度为20 mg/mL时,对菌丝生长的抑制率为73.1%,对菌核形成的抑制率为100%。通过对提取物处理后菌丝形态显微观察,发现病菌菌丝出现形态异常甚至断裂现象,且培养液电导率增加,推测为提取物处理后菌丝细胞壁破裂、细胞质外渗造成。苗期盆栽试验发现,该提取物对油菜菌核病菌有明显的防治效果,当浓度为20 mg/mL时,防治效果达72.1%。
