自《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》(简称《指南》)颁布后,各地开展了多种形式的培训和教研。专家指出,培训和教研的形式可不尽相同,但必须遵守一个原则:尊重教师,以人为本。同时,《指南》是幼儿教师工作目标和方向的参考,而落实到具体内容上,就是园所如何科学合理地安排好幼儿的一日生活中的方方面面,所以,教师不仅要在个人的教学活动中以《指南》精神为原则,更应在一日生活的各细节中渗透融入《指南》的理念。
