A new method of synthesizing a 1GHz signal based on a 0.5 μm CMOS DL L is presented, which features a multiplier only by using simple logic and amplification.The design of the frequency synthesizer consists of two parts: A DL L and a frequency synthesis logic module with an input reference frequency of 25 MHz and a synthesized output frequency of 1 GHz
