7月17日中午,随着班机在福州义序机场徐徐降落,我们迎来了今年台湾能源界的第二批访闽代表团——台湾节能技术交流访问团。访问团一行共6人,由工研院能源与资源研究所副所长何松龄先生为团长,中技社能源技术服务中心副主任陈进发先生为副团长。如果说第一批台湾能源团来闽侧重于交流能源建设方面的成果与经验,探索合作途径,那么第二批台湾能源团来闽,则着重于能源节约方面的交流。在闽台节能技术交流研讨会上,闽台双方就能源管理和节能技术与服务领域各发表了5篇论文。在融洽而活跃的气氛中,对共同感兴趣的话题,进行了广泛交流和热烈的讨论。台湾访问团饶有兴趣地参观了福州人造板厂、福州第二化工厂、厦门玻璃厂以及台资企业福华纺织印染公司,深
At noon on July 17, as the flight slowly landed at the Yichang Airport in Fuzhou, we welcomed the second batch of Taiwan delegation to the energy sector in Taiwan this year, an exchange delegation to Taiwan’s energy-saving technology exchange. A total of 6 delegations were headed by Mr. He Songling, deputy director of the Institute of Energy and Resources Research at ITRI, and Mr. Chen Jinfa, deputy director of CSTE Technical Service Center. If the first batch of Taiwan’s energy delegation to Fujian focused on exchanging results and experiences in energy construction and exploring ways for cooperation, the second batch of Taiwan’s energy delegation to Fujian will focus on energy saving. At the Symposium on Energy-saving Technology Exchange between Fujian and Taiwan, both sides published five papers on energy management and energy-saving technologies and services. In a harmonious and active atmosphere, they held extensive exchanges and heated discussions on topics of common interest.
