工程造价管理在整个工程项目中非常重要,工程项目中是否盈利、盈利的多少都与工程造价有着密切的关系,工程建设管理主要体现在两方面合理确定和有效控制工程造价。想要合理有效地控制建设工程造价,就一定得对工程建设全过程进行造价管理和控制。所以,在工程造价管理当中,怎样降低成本,如何减少节约,用最少的投资创造超值的效益,这都是我们后期工作所要追求的目标,在工程项目建设中针对建设,招标,施工,竣工阶段存在的一些造价管理的问题,并对建设工程造价有效控制也提出具体的建议。
