In order to keep crew healthy during their journey and preventing diseases which cause by eating unqualified food. An investigation on sanitary condition of provision over ships have implemented from January to October of 1995. 109 out of 951 units provision were unqualfled (11.48%). Over time and improper storage and unqualified sanitary environment of store rooms were the main reasons for this case. The authors presented the discussion on supervision and control over ships’ provision in this article.
