对快速凝固 SiC_p/ZL102复合材料的真空热压工艺和磨损行为进行了研究。结果表明:采用合理的工艺,真空热压制成的25%SiC_p/ZL102复合材料,其耐磨性、强度和硬度均优于铸态和真空热压状态的基体合金。弥散分布的 SiC 颗粒是复合材料耐磨性优异的主要原因。
The hot pressing process and wear behavior of rapidly solidified SiCp / ZL102 composites were studied. The results show that the wear resistance, strength and hardness of 25% SiC_p / ZL102 composites prepared by vacuum hot pressing are better than that of as-cast and vacuum hot-pressed base alloys by a reasonable process. Diffusion of SiC particles is the main reason for the excellent wear resistance of composite materials.
