为了进一步研究复方益精口服液的抗疲劳作用,选用体重为18-22g的SPF级ICR小鼠为实验动物,给予0.05g生药/10g体重剂量的复方益精口服液10d后,采用小鼠负重游泳实验以及测定血清尿素氮、血乳酸和肝糖原含量为指标,以判定其抗疲劳作用。结果显示:服药组小鼠负重游泳的平均时间(196.02±36.542min)明显比对照组(59.10±25.549min)长(P<0.01);运动后血清尿素氮、血乳酸水平则显著低于对照组(P<0.01);肝糖原含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01),表明复方益精口服液具有缓解疲劳的功能。
In order to further study the anti-fatigue effect of the compound Yijing Capsule, SPF-class ICR mice weighing 18-22g were used as experimental animals. After given 10g crude drug / 10g body weight dose of compound Yijing oral solution for 10 days, Swimming test and determination of serum urea nitrogen, blood lactate and glycogen content as an indicator to determine its anti-fatigue effect. The results showed that the average load-bearing swimming time (196.02 ± 36.542min) in the medication group was significantly longer than that in the control group (59.10 ± 25.549min) (P <0.01), and the levels of serum urea nitrogen and blood lactate were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). The content of hepatic glycogen was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01), indicating that compound Yijing oral liquid had the function of relieving fatigue.
