目的 探讨改进慢性鼻窦炎动物模型的制备方法。方法 将66只新西兰大白兔制成动物模型,随机分成空白对照组(6只)、假手术Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(各10只)、单纯细菌组(10只)、单纯窦口堵塞组(10只)、窦口堵塞+金黄色葡萄球菌组(10只)、窦口不完全堵塞+窦腔留置棉絮组(10只),术后42d取上颌窦黏膜标本分别进行形态学观察及细菌学检查。结果 各实验组建立慢性鼻窦炎模型成功率:窦口堵塞组为80%,窦口堵塞+金黄色葡萄球菌组为100%,窦口不完全堵塞+窦腔留置棉絮组为100%,单纯细菌组、空白对照组及假手术对照组均为0%。感染鼻窦均表现为中重度慢性炎症,培养的细菌以机会致病菌为主。采用窦口堵塞+金黄色葡萄球菌方法并发上颌窦积脓概率高。结论 相对其他建模方法,窦口不完全堵塞+窦腔留置棉絮的建模方法是一种更理想的慢性鼻窦炎动物模型的制备方法。
Objective To explore the method of improving animal model of chronic sinusitis. Methods Sixty-six New Zealand white rabbits were divided into blank control group (n = 6), sham operation group Ⅰ and Ⅱ (n = 10), simple bacteria group (n = 10) ), Occlusion of the ostium + Staphylococcus aureus group (10), sinus ostium incomplete plug + sinus lingering cotton floss group (10), 42 days after operation, maxillary sinus mucosa specimens were taken for morphologic observation and bacteriological examination respectively. Results The success rate of establishing chronic sinusitis model in each experimental group was 80% in sinusoidal occlusion group, 100% in ostium plugging + Staphylococcus aureus group, 100% in imperfect sinus ostium + sinus cavity indwelling cotton group, Group, blank control group and sham operation control group were 0%. Infected sinus showed moderate to severe chronic inflammation, bacteria in the opportunity to opportunistic pathogens. The use of sinus occlusion + Staphylococcus aureus complicated maxillary sinus pus probability. Conclusion Compared with other modeling methods, incomplete sinus ostium + sinus cavity retention cotton modeling method is a more ideal method for the preparation of chronic sinusitis animal model.
