对74例老年前期及老年人原发性高血压患者血小板粘附、聚集和血浆TXB_2、6─酮─PGF_(1α)、测定,结果原发性高血压患者血小板粘附、聚集率和TXB_2含量均高于对照组,而6─酮PGF_(1α)含量低于对照组,本文表明原发性高血压血小板功能异常,容易导致某些心脑血管疾病的发生和发展,是心脑血管病危险因素之一。在治疗原发性高血压同时抑制血小板活性,可能是防止或减少某些心脑血管病发生和发展的一个途径。
