Antibiotic-loaded poly (methyl methacrylate) bone cements (ALPBCs) are widely used as an agent to decrease the occurrence of periprosthetic joint infection (PJI). Most often, the antibiotic used in an ALPBC is gentamicin, tobramycin, or vancomycin. In man
