目的:探究社区护士现阶段的同理心状况,并分析相关影响因素。方法:择取2014年3月到2016年3月期间在岗、分布于笔者单位所在区域社区医院的100名护理人员,使用《Jefferson同理心量表》对其进行实时调查,观察其现状,结合护理人员的基本情况,分析对其同理心造成影响的可能性因素。结果:这些护理人员的同心理评分平均为(111.23±12.31)分,现状尚可;影响其同理心状况的可能性因素有:环境和职业。结论:为确保社区护士具有良好的同理心,管理人员应提高其职业满意度和环境满意度,优化科室的相关管理。
Objective: To explore empathic conditions of community nurses at the present stage and to analyze related factors. METHODS: A total of 100 nursing staff, who were on duty from March 2014 to March 2016 in the community hospital in the district where the author was located, were surveyed in real time using the “Jefferson empathy scale” to observe the status quo and combine them The basic situation of nursing staff, analyze the possible factors that affect their empathy. Results: The mean scores of psychology of these nurses were (111.23 ± 12.31) points, the status quo was acceptable. The possible factors influencing empathy were environment and occupation. Conclusion: To ensure that community nurses have good empathy, managers should improve their job satisfaction and environmental satisfaction and optimize the management of their departments.
