在通风空调工程中,风阀与各种风管系统传统的连接方式是法兰连接或承插连接,这两种连接方法不但费时耗力,而且因材质和工艺不同连接处漏风现象无法全部控制。为解决风阀与风管连接处的漏风现象,本论文结合工程实践,提出将风阀与风管的连接形式由法兰连接或承插连接改为风管内置安装。该方法成本不但有所降低,而且产品使用的耐久性也有所提高。
In the ventilation and air conditioning project, the conventional connection between the air valve and various air duct systems is a flange connection or a socket connection. Both connection methods are not only time-consuming and labor-intensive, but also can not be fully controlled due to the air leakage phenomenon due to different materials and processes . In order to solve the air leakage phenomenon at the connection between the air valve and the air duct, this paper proposes that the connection form of the air valve and the air duct should be replaced by the flange connection or the socket connection to the duct installation in combination with engineering practice. The cost of this method has not only been reduced, but also the durability of the product has been improved.
