首次对花期香蓼的地上部分的精油及从该精油中分离出的含氧部分的化学成分进行了研究。通过GC分离及GC/MS/DS测定,从精油中测定出29种化学成分并分离得到了2-甲基丁酸-2-甲基丁酯。从精油的含氧部分测定出32种化学成分,其中的23种在对精油的测定中未能有效地检出。
For the first time, the chemical constituents of the aerial parts of Polygonum capitatum and the oxygen fractions isolated from the essential oil were studied. By GC separation and GC / MS / DS determination, 29 chemical constituents were determined from the essential oil and 2-methylbutyl 2-methylbutyrate was isolated. Thirty-two chemical constituents were determined from the oxygenated fraction of essential oils, of which 23 were not effectively detected in the determination of essential oils.
