透明钇铝石榴石(YAG)陶瓷以其优异的光学、力学、热学性能而成为固体激光器的极佳基体材料,而制备出高质量透明陶瓷的关键在于合成出晶相纯、粒度均匀、分散性好的YAG粉体。本文以高纯A1(NO_3)_39H_2O、Y(NO_3)_36H_2O为原料,以NH_4HCO_3为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀-冻干法制备YAG纳米粉体,并用DSC/TG、XRD、SEM、激光粒度仪等测试手段对粉体的晶相组成、形貌和结构进行表征。结果表明,在1200℃焙烧后所制备的YAG纳米粉体晶相完整、纯度高、形状规则、粒径均匀、团聚轻。
Transparent yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG) ceramics are excellent substrates for solid-state lasers because of their excellent optical, mechanical and thermal properties.
