通过实验,研究了气液两相雾化器在不同气、液相进口压力匹配条件下喷雾所致噪声的频谱特性及其变化发展规律.借助Malvern粒度仪对雾化粒子尺寸分布的测量结果,定性地分析了喷雾噪声的频谱特征与雾化特性的关系,获得了雾化过程中与雾化机理密切相关的动态信息.对实验结果的分析表明,雾化器在气、液相进口压力相等或相近的条件下将达到最佳工作状态,此时的雾化粒子分布特性可作为代表雾化器特征的性能指标.
Through experiments, the spectral characteristics of the noise caused by the spray at different gas-liquid phase inlet pressure and the development of its variation were studied. The relationship between the spectral characteristics of spray noise and atomization characteristics was qualitatively analyzed by means of the Malvern particle sizer’s measurement of the atomized particle size distribution. The dynamic information closely related to the atomization mechanism was obtained during the atomization process. The analysis of the experimental results shows that the nebulizer will reach the best working condition under the same or similar pressure of gas and liquid inlet. The atomized particle distribution at this time can be used as the performance index representing the characteristics of atomizer.
