目的 探讨微囊藻毒素LR(MicrocystinsLR ,MCLR)对SD孕鼠胎盘的损伤作用。方法 采用整体动物模型观察器官形成期暴露给MCLR对大鼠胎盘的损伤和对宫内胚胎发育的影响。结果 不同剂量的MCLR均可损伤胎盘屏障 ,在停止注射 6天后 ,仍可造成整个胎盘细胞变性、水肿和间质疏松。结论 MCLR可直接对胎盘产生毒性作用 ,损伤胎盘屏障并改变其通透性 ,使得MCLR容易进入胎盘而影响胚胎形成和发育。
Objective To investigate the effect of Microcystins LR (MCLR) on placental damage in SD pregnant rats. Methods The whole animal model was used to observe the effects of MCLR exposure on organ placental damage and intrauterine embryo development during organogenesis. Results All doses of MCLR could damage the placental barrier and still cause placental cell degeneration, edema and interstitial loosening after 6 days of stopping injection. Conclusion MCLR can directly cause placental toxicity, damage the placental barrier and change its permeability, making MCLR easy to enter the placenta and affect the formation and development of embryos.
