香樟里·那水岸由安庆市新文采置业有限公司开发,2004年12月25日被建设部列为国家康居示范工程实施项目。项目位于安庆市新老城区结合部,南临大湖风景区和正在建设中的市民广场,东依湖心北路景观大道。占地108亩,规划建设10栋11层、7栋17层高楼。项目总占地面积约108亩,规划总建筑面积为18万平方米,其中住宅面积13.5万平方米,约1096户;商业占地面积13540平方米,会所占地面积890平方米,建筑密度23.09%,容积率2.17,绿地率41.6%;
