近年来,行动学习法以其独特的优势日益受到企业的青睐。行动学习法以实践和行动为抓手,在提升个体分析和解决实际问题能力的同时,有效提升个体的领导能力和团队协作的意识与能力,从而加强组织领导能力建设和团队行动能力建设。因此,行动学习法应成为企业管理大力提倡的学习方法。
In recent years, the action learning method has been favored by enterprises with its unique advantages.
