针对某矿T1493风道绕道的具体条件,对其进行了锚网支护参数设计,结合所得到的支护参数,确定其支护形式为全断面锚喷网支护。利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对该风道绕道3种支护方案的巷道位移变化和塑性区变化进行了模拟,通过对比得出了最佳支护方案。对该风道绕道水平变形、顶板下沉变形和底鼓变形进行了观测,结果发现锚喷网支护满足其支护要求。
According to the concrete conditions of T1493 wind tunnel bypassing in a mine, the parameter design of bolting support was carried out. Combined with the obtained support parameters, the support form was confirmed as full-face bolting and shotcreting support. The FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to simulate the changes of the roadway displacement and plastic zone in the three kinds of support schemes of the wind tunnel bypass. The optimal support scheme was obtained by comparison. The wind tunnel bypass deformation, roof deformation and the deformation of the bottom drum was observed and found that the anchor net support to meet its support requirements.
