军事人力资本投资风险主要由宏观投资决策风险、投资对象违约风险和环境变化引致风险三部分组成。有效防范军事人力资本投资风险,提高军事人力资本投资效益,应坚持区别对待和动态防范。强化风险意识,实现投资全程风险管理;增强军事人力资本投资科学决策能力,有效防范宏观投资决策风险;完善军事人力资本投资监督激励机制,有效防范投资对象违约风险;掌握军事人力资本投资环境变化规律,有效防范环境变化引致风险。
The investment risk of military human capital mainly consists of the macro-investment decision-making risk, the default risk of investment target and the risk caused by environmental change.
