通过笔者对当前国内就业形势的分析,提出当前高等职业院校毕业生应具备所学专业领域扎实的理论基础、较强的实际操作能力、良好的就业心态以及合理的职业生涯规划,高等职业院校则应该加强毕业生就业思想的教育和指导,明确就业工作的目标,使专业设置、调整贴近市场,同时为培养学生的动手能力提供条件,双方共同努力,以适应激烈的就业竞争,进而有效提高学校毕业生就业率。
