起重机作为频繁使用的特种设备,广泛适用于国民经济的各个领域,但近几年来起重机械事故不断发生,且伤害较为严重。通过对近年来起重机械事故进行分析,得到事故发生的主要原因为驾驶人员的不安全行为(疲劳作业、违章作业、判断与决策失误),根本原因在于起重机械的本质安全化设计理念的缺失。通过对起重机械驾驶员的行为动作分析,建立起重机驾驶员行为动作模式,对起重机驾驶员进行操作可靠性分析,为起重机的安全运行提供定量的数据参考。
Crane as a frequently used special equipment, widely used in various fields of national economy, but in recent years, crane accidents continue to occur, and the damage is more serious. Through analyzing the crane accident in recent years, the main reason of the accident is the driver’s unsafe behavior (fatigue operation, illegal operation, judgment and decision-making error). The fundamental reason is that the design principle of intrinsically safe crane Missing. By analyzing the behavior of crane drivers, this paper establishes a behavior model of crane driver, analyzes the reliability of crane operators, and provides quantitative data reference for the safe operation of crane.
