本文从科学执政、民主执政、依法执政三个方面系统分析了毛泽东执政方式建设思想的科学构成,阐明了毛泽东执政方式建设思想秉持的原则:着眼于提高党的执政能力,坚持为人民服务的立场,体现引领时代实现国富民强的使命。最后,笔者论证了毛泽东执政方式建设思想对我们贯彻党的十七届四中全会精神,健全党的执政方式建设的启示,即:保持党的先进性是执政方式建设的目的;推进党内民主法制化建设是执政方式建设的切入点;建立科学有效的权力运行机制是执政方式建设的重点。
This paper systematically analyzes the scientific constitution of Mao Zedongs administration thought construction from the three aspects of scientific governance, democratic governance and administration by law. It expounds the principle of upholding Mao Zedong ’s way of governing the governance: focusing on improving the party’ s ability to govern and insisting on serving the people , Reflecting the mission of leading the country to realize the prosperity of the country and the people. Finally, the author argues that Mao Zedong’s thinking on the construction of the ruling style is of inspiration to us in implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee and perfecting the construction of the party’s governing style. That is, maintaining the advanced nature of the party is the purpose of building a ruling style. The construction of the legal system is the starting point for the construction of the ruling style. Establishing a scientific and effective mechanism for the operation of power is the key point in building the ruling style.
