亚太政治格局在冷战前经历了复杂的演变过程,这一过程分为四个大的阶段。这一演变有其深刻的政治原因和经济原因。即国家利益冲突是亚太政治格局演变的一个重要原因;而生产力的发展、科技的进步是亚太政治格局演变的根本原因。
The political pattern of the Asia-Pacific region has undergone a complex evolutionary process before the Cold War. The process is divided into four major phases. This evolution has its profound political and economic reasons. That is, the conflict of national interests is an important reason for the evolution of the political pattern in the Asia-Pacific region. The development of productivity and progress in science and technology are the fundamental reasons for the evolution of the Asia-Pacific political pattern.
