目的]建立了GC—MS联用直接分析粘合剂中挥发性有机化合物。[方法]采用全扫描法分析了其组成,并用选择离子扫描及内标标准曲线法选择定量分析了粘合剂中1,2-二氯乙烷、苯、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯。[结果]1,2-二氯乙烷浓度在 0.002~0.50mg/g,苯在 0.001~0.18mg/g,甲苯、乙苯在 0.01~0.69mg/g,二甲苯在 0.02~0. 69mg/g范围内呈现良好的线性关系,方法的最低检出浓度:1, 2-二氯乙烷为 0.002mg/g,苯为 0.001mg/g,甲苯、乙苯为0.01mg/g,二甲苯为0.02mg/g,变异系数为0.5%~5.7%。[结论]该方法准确快速。
OBJECTIVE] To establish a GC-MS for the direct analysis of volatile organic compounds in adhesives. [Method] The composition was analyzed by full scan method, and 1,2 - dichloroethane, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene in the adhesive were quantitatively selected by selective ion scan and internal standard curve method. [Result] The concentration of 1,2-dichloroethane was 0.002-0.50 mg / g, the content of benzene was 0.001-0.18 mg / g, the concentration of toluene and ethylbenzene was 0.01-0.69 mg / g, Xylene in the range of 0.02 ~ 0. 69mg / g showed a good linear relationship, the minimum detectable concentration of the method: 1, 2-dichloroethane is 0.002mg / g, benzene is 0.001mg / g, Toluene, ethylbenzene 0.01mg / g, xylene 0.02mg / g, coefficient of variation of 0.5% to 5.7%. [Conclusion] The method is accurate and rapid.
