平菇栽培的方式很多,诸如阳畦、大棚、床式、袋式、套种间作、结合式等,一般生物学效率在150%左右,后期管理中病虫害严重,大面积高产较困难.为寻求最佳的高产栽培模式,笔者在调查总结菇农种菇经验的基础上,于1989年提出了菌棒覆土墙式高产模式的研究课题,通过联合多家科研、生产单位及专业户进行试验,均取得了高产效果.一、试验材料培养材料为棉子壳.平菇菌株供覆土墙式试验的有平菇539(栽培500袋)、平菇117(栽培200袋)、日本小平菇(栽培500袋)、平菇86(栽培120袋).供作对照的菌株为平菇86(栽培120袋)和日本小平菇(栽培500袋).每个袋装棉子壳干料1.5公斤.覆土
