本文分析了影响等离子弧焊接过程重复性,即焊透不均匀性的客观因素;提出了一种采用光敏晶体管为熔透传感元件的背部检测式熔透适应控制方法及控制装置设计;讨论了在双金属铝锯条坯料钢带及管子环缝等离子焊接试验中应用这一方法的效果。
This paper analyzes the objective factors that affect the repeatability of the plasma arc welding process, namely penetration heterogeneity. A control method and control device design of backside penetration testing using phototransistor as the sensing element are discussed. The effect of this method is applied in the plasma welding test of bimetallic aluminum saw blade blank strip and pipe ring seam.
