金桔又名金橘,属芸香科柑橘属,近年来在江西、湖南、广东和广西等地有大规模的种植,挥发油为金桔皮中重要生理活性物质。采用单因素实验对水蒸气蒸馏法提取金桔皮挥发油的最佳提取料液比与最适提取时间进行了优化,采用气相色谱与质谱联用(GC-MS)的方法对金桔皮挥发油成分进行了分析,并以DPPH自由基清除作用为指标评价了金桔挥发油的抗氧化活性。结果表明,经预处理后的金桔皮干料提取的最佳料液比为1:5,最适提取时间为1.5 h;GC-MS分析法共检测出53种化学成分,其中含量较多的成分有蒎烯(0.513%)、诺蒎烯(1.478%)、柠檬烯(62.288%)、香叶醇乙酯(0.117%)、苯乙酮(0.184%)、荜澄茄油烯(0.277%),其中以柠檬烯含量62.288%为最高;DPPH自由基清除实验表明,金桔皮挥发油的自由基清除能力与其存在明显的量效关系,且清除能力良好。
Kumquat, also known as kumquat, is a genus of Rutaceae. In recent years, it has been planted in large quantities in Jiangxi, Hunan, Guangdong and Guangxi. Volatile oil is an important physiologically active substance in kumquat. The single factor experiment was used to optimize the extraction ratio and optimum extraction time of volatile oil extracted from kumquat by steam distillation. The volatile oil components of kumquat peel were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) The antioxidant activity of volatile oil from kumquat was evaluated by DPPH free radical scavenging assay. The results showed that the optimal extraction ratio of the extract was 1: 5, and the optimum extraction time was 1.5 h. The chemical constituents of 53 samples were detected by GC-MS, including more (0.513%), pinene (1.478%), limonene (62.288%), geraniol ethyl ester (0.117%), acetophenone ), With the content of limonene 62.288% being the highest. The DPPH radical scavenging experiments showed that the free radical scavenging activity of the essential oil of kumquat skin had a significant dose-effect relationship with good scavenging capacity.
