专利曾报导六氟丙烯与四氟乙烯在95℃以上温度下进行的共聚反应。我们在研究这对单体在120℃的共聚反应中,发现六氟丙烯在高温下有水介生成α-氢四氟丙酸的现象。共聚反应在130升不锈钢高压釜中进行。加蒸馏水55升六氟丙烯的重要比为75%的两种单体混合物16公斤,过硫酸钾41克,聚合温度120℃,聚合压力35公斤/厘米~2。当聚合开始聚合压力下降时,补加六氟丙烯重量比为5%的两种单体混合物以维持聚合压力不变。
