进行了粉末、烧结气氛和烧结温度对支撑体孔径、透过性能影响的研究。结果表明,获得了支撑体材料的制备工艺窗口,原料粉末应选粒度≥100μm,烧结温度在1150~1300℃之间调整。环拉实验结果表明,氢气烧结样品的抗拉强度87.56 MPa,氢气+氯化铵活化烧结样品115.20 MPa,强度提高了30%。通过烧结温度对支撑体力学性能影响的研究,得到了支撑体致密度和力学性能之间的关系,可实现通过测试多孔材料的密度来预测多孔材料的强度。
The effects of powder, sintering atmosphere and sintering temperature on the pore size and permeability of the support were studied. The results show that the preparation process window of the support material is obtained, the particle size of the raw material powder should be ≥100μm, and the sintering temperature should be adjusted between 1150 ~ 1300 ℃. Ring pull test results show that the tensile strength of hydrogen sintered samples 87.56 MPa, hydrogen + ammonium chloride activated sintered samples 115.20 MPa, the intensity increased by 30%. Through the study of the influence of sintering temperature on the mechanical properties of the support, the relationship between the density and the mechanical properties of the support is obtained. The strength of the porous material can be predicted by testing the density of the porous material.
