现在经常听到一些企业政工人员抱怨思想政治工作难做,笔者认为关键在于政工人员缺乏有效的思想政治工作方法。为切实解决这个问题,提高企业思想政治工作的效率,必须努力掌握思想政治工作的有效方法。
Now I often hear some corporate politicians complain that ideological and political work is hard to do. The author believes that the key lies in the lack of effective political and ideological and political work methods.
