通过盆栽试验,研究在瓜类连作土壤中掺入小麦、燕麦及其混合残茬(1∶1)对土壤酶活性和黄瓜生长的影响。结果表明:3种残茬处理均能显著提高瓜类连作土壤转化酶和中性磷酸酶活性,混合残茬处理显著提高了瓜类连作土壤脱氢酶活性,燕麦残茬处理显著提高了瓜类连作土壤脲酶活性。燕麦和小麦残茬处理均显著提高了黄瓜的株高、茎粗及单株鲜质量,混合残茬处理对黄瓜生长影响不大。在连作土壤中掺入小麦和燕麦残茬后能够起到改善连作土壤生态环境,缓解设施土壤连作障碍的作用。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of incorporation of wheat, oats and their mixed stubble (1: 1) on soil enzyme activity and cucumber growth in continuous cropping melons. The results showed that all the three kinds of stubble treatments could significantly increase the activity of soil invertase and neutral phosphatase in continuous cropping of melon. The mixed stubble treatment significantly increased the activity of dehydrogenase in continuous cropping of melons and bananas, Continuous soil urease activity. Oat and wheat stubble treatment significantly increased cucumber plant height, stem diameter and fresh weight per plant, mixed residue treatment had little effect on cucumber growth. The incorporation of wheat and oat stubble in continuous cropping soil can improve the ecological environment of continuous cropping and alleviate the continuous cropping obstacle.
