目的:探讨《手术安全核查表》在手术患者中的实践效果及护理体会。方法:统计回顾我院应用《手术安全核查表》4945例手术发现护理隐患、缺陷及处理转归情况。结果:通过核对及时发现44例护理缺陷、苗头,并及时给予处理,有效避免了差错事故的发生。结论:《手术安全核查表》的应用,显著提高了手术团队的安全意识,减少了术后并发症,确保了手术患者安全。
Objective: To discuss the practical effect and nursing experience of Surgical Safety Checklist in surgical patients. Methods: A total of 4,945 cases of surgical safety checklist in our hospital were retrospectively reviewed to find out the nursing hidden troubles, defects and the outcome of the treatment. Results: Forty-four cases of nursing defects and signs were detected in time, and timely treatment was given, which effectively avoided the occurrence of error accidents. Conclusion: The application of Surgical Safety Checklist has significantly improved the safety awareness of surgical teams, reduced the postoperative complications and ensured the safety of surgical patients.
